1. Acceptance
By using the Pheen website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these website Terms of Use. These terms apply to the current pre-launch website and waitlist operated by Sonny IA Inc.
2. Pre-launch status
Pheen is currently in development. Features, availability, release timing, and product details may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, and it does not guarantee a launch date.
3. What Pheen is — and is not
Pheen is being developed as a simple presence product for people who care about each other.
Pheen is not an emergency response service, medical monitoring service, law-enforcement monitoring service, or guaranteed safety service. Pheen is not a continuous location tracking service. The future product cannot prevent emergencies or guarantee that another person will receive a signal.
4. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist requires an email address. Submitting the same email more than once does not create an additional entitlement. You may request removal by contacting privacy@pheenapp.com.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- abuse or interfere with the website;
- attempt automated abuse of the waitlist;
- attempt unauthorized access; or
- misuse the website or waitlist in violation of law.
6. Intellectual property
The Pheen name, branding, website content, mascot, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Sonny IA Inc., except for third-party materials.
7. Third-party services
Parts of this website rely on third-party infrastructure such as Cloudflare. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer
This pre-launch website and waitlist are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sonny IA Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this pre-launch website or waitlist.
10. Changes to these terms
These Terms may change as Pheen develops. This page will show the updated date when changes are made.
