Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Pheen pre-launch website and waitlist, operated by Sonny IA Inc. It explains what information the current site handles and why.
2. Information we collect directly
When you join the current Pheen waitlist, we collect only:
- the email address you submit;
- a random internal identifier; and
- the UTC date and time when your signup is created.
This landing-page waitlist does not collect your name, phone number, location, profile data, or app usage data.
3. Why we use your email
We use your email address for Pheen launch updates and information about Pheen availability or release. We’ll only use your email for Pheen launch updates, not unrelated marketing.
4. Security and anti-abuse processing
The waitlist uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical browser, network, and device signals needed to provide that anti-bot function.
Pheen does not store the Turnstile token in the waitlist database. Pheen also does not store IP addresses or user agents in the waitlist database.
5. Infrastructure and service providers
Pheen uses Cloudflare infrastructure for site delivery through Workers, D1 database storage, and Turnstile anti-abuse protection. Cloudflare’s handling of information is also subject to its own service arrangements and privacy practices.
6. Cookies and analytics
Pheen does not currently use marketing analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral tracking on this landing page. Pheen does not intentionally set marketing or analytics cookies on this landing page. Infrastructure providers may still use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver and protect their services.
7. Data retention
We keep waitlist information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Pheen pre-launch waitlist, send relevant launch updates, comply with applicable obligations, or until deletion is requested where applicable.
8. Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request confirmation of or access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable. Brazilian users may also have rights under the LGPD.

9. International processing
Service providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards and the arrangements maintained by those providers.
10. Children
The Pheen waitlist is not intended to knowingly collect information from children without appropriate authorization where required by law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Pheen evolves. This page will show the updated date when changes are made.
